    We’re looking for bright and confident individuals who’ll put our customers first and can thrive in a complex and fast moving technical environment. These challenging roles require the postholder to understand our business and departmental performance targets and are based out of our Telford Office.
    
    
  • To deliver and contribute to Telesales activity for a number of specific areas of the business
  • To pursue customer retention and reactivation activities.
  • To cold call potential customers to generate business development opportunities.
  • To work on telesales or telemarketing projects across business areas as required.
  • Applicants should have the following skills
  • 3- 5 years business to business telesales experience in an engineering environment or similar.
  • A proven track record of successful cold calling.
  • Good telephone manner. Can show an ability to initiate contact and build relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organise and work independently as well as be a strong team player. Professionalism and High Integrity. A high level of computer skills is essential – Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM Tools..
  • To work on telesales or telemarketing projects across business areas as required.
